Meet Fawziyah Laguide! She is a third-year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Originally from the Bay Area, she earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Moreover, she is a proud alumna of UC-Berkeley’s McNair program. In her free time, she loves reading and writing creatively, she’s a published poet, and runs a blog on popular literature and film!
